VEHICLE MECHANICS / TECHNICIANS (10 POSTS) @ WEST INTERNATIONAL HOLDING (WIH) TANZANIA CEMENT
West International Holding (WIH) Tanzania Cement is looking for 10 skilled Vehicle Mechanics/Technicians to join our technical maintenance team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of vehicles and machinery to ensure operational excellence. Potential work locations include Geita, Kigoma, Mwanza, and Tabora. Competitive salary based on experience.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Relevant technical certification or trade test qualification
Ability to diagnose complex engine and mechanical issues
Familiarity with heavy-duty vehicle systems
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
Understanding of preventative maintenance schedules
Attention to detail in parts replacement and repairs
Adherence to strict occupational health and safety guidelines
Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Willingness to travel to various facility locations as required
