LOADER DRIVERS (8 POSTS) @ WEST INTERNATIONAL HOLDING (WIH) TANZANIA CEMENT
West International Holding (WIH) Tanzania Cement is seeking 8 dedicated and experienced Loader Drivers to support our expanding operations. The role involves the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery to ensure the smooth flow of materials within the manufacturing facility. Potential work locations include Geita, Kigoma, Mwanza, and Tabora. The gross salary for this position is 700,000 TZS per month.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of proven working experience operating heavy loaders
Valid driving license with a clean record
Strong adherence to workplace safety standards
Ability to perform routine machine inspections
Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination
Knowledge of material handling protocols
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Effective communication with site supervisors
Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance
Reliability and commitment to shift schedules
