West International Holding (WIH) Tanzania Cement is a fast-growing, dynamic leader in the manufacturing industry. We are currently scaling our operations and are seeking 5 skilled Chinese-Swahili Translators to join our high-performing team. Successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication between our Chinese management and local operations team in a fast-paced industrial setting. Potential work locations include Geita, Kigoma, Mwanza, and Tabora. The salary range for this position is 1,600,000 TZS – 2,000,000 TZS per month.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of professional working experience
Solid working knowledge of transport and sales activities
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Swahili (written and spoken)
Experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to translate technical documents accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and linguistic precision
Flexibility to work in various industrial locations
