Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in any professional field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office for data entry.
Ability to provide accurate information about college programs and services.
