SECURITY MANAGER @ WELLWORTH HOSPITALITY GROUP
We are seeking a Security Manager to lead our safety and security initiatives across our lodge properties in Tanzania. The primary goal is to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and assets while maintaining a welcoming and unobtrusive presence within our luxury hospitality environment.
The role involves developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing fire safety and evacuation procedures. You will be responsible for managing a security team, liaising with local authorities, and ensuring that all security personnel are trained in first aid and emergency response, all while maintaining high levels of professionalism and computer literacy.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a security management role
Previous experience in a large company, hospitality preferred
Certified training in fire safety and evacuation protocols
Valid first aid certification
Strong computer literacy and reporting skills
Excellent leadership and team supervision capabilities
Proven experience in risk assessment and mitigation
Ability to handle crisis management situations effectively
Strong communication and observation skills
Knowledge of local security laws and regulations
