The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the technical integrity and physical upkeep of our luxury safari lodges in Tanzania. This role requires a versatile professional capable of maintaining diverse systems including power generation, vehicle fleets, and renewable energy solutions to ensure uninterrupted service for our guests in remote locations.
You will manage a team of technicians, overseeing preventive maintenance schedules and responding to emergency repairs. Your role involves detailed reporting on facility status and strict cost control over spare parts and maintenance supplies, contributing to the overall sustainability and efficiency of our lodge operations.

Key Requirements
Formal technical or engineering qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality maintenance
Proven skill in maintaining large-scale generators
Experience with safari vehicle maintenance and repair
Knowledge of solar energy systems and installations
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Effective cost control and budget management
Leadership skills to manage a technical maintenance team
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing systems
