Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury lodge operations.
Strong proficiency in P&L management and financial reporting.
Expert knowledge of PMS and POS systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing remote operations and logistics.
Knowledge of international hospitality health and safety regulations.
Strategic planning and inventory control expertise.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; Swahili is an advantage.
