Key Requirements
Proven experience with PMS, POS, and materials control systems.
Deep knowledge of CCTV and hotel security systems.
Expertise in networking and server hardware maintenance.
Proficiency in cloud storage and NAS management.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting in lodge environments.
Experience in setting up and maintaining Wi-Fi and guest internet services.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for the hospitality industry.
Ability to manage IT budgets and technology procurement.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills for staff technical support.
