Wellworth Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining operations at our luxury safari lodges in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across various dining venues within our premier tourism destinations.
You will lead the department in menu planning, beverage costing, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency among the food and beverage team members in a remote and high-end hospitality environment.

Key Requirements
Formal qualification in Hospitality or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Manager
Strong knowledge of international and local menus
Proven expertise in beverage costing and inventory management
Commitment to high levels of guest satisfaction
Experience in department budgeting and financial reporting
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work in remote safari lodge environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
