EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER @ WELLWORTH HOSPITALITY GROUP
Wellworth Hospitality Group is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to manage the housekeeping and laundry departments of our luxury lodges in Tanzania. The role is critical in maintaining the pristine condition of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that the highest levels of cleanliness and comfort are provided to our flagship safari lodge guests.
The successful candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage laundry workflows, and utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to track room status and guest preferences. You will lead a team of housekeeping professionals, providing training and guidance to maintain our brand's reputation for luxury and attention to detail.

Key Requirements
Formal qualification in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper
Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS)
Extensive experience in managing laundry operations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to develop and implement SOPs
Experience in staff scheduling and performance management
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
Effective inventory management of linens and guest amenities
