Key Requirements
Formal qualification in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality accounting.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Deep knowledge of PMS, POS, and AccPac systems.
Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Proficiency in cash flow management and budgeting.
Knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and financial compliance.
Ability to supervise and mentor a junior accounting team.
High level of integrity and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
