LANDSCAPE MONITORING AND EVALUATION MANAGER @ WCS TANZANIA
The Landscape Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will play a critical role in measuring the success of our conservation programs at the landscape level. This individual will design and implement robust monitoring frameworks to assess the impact of field interventions. The role involves data collection, synthesis, and reporting to ensure that our conservation strategies are evidence-based and results-driven.
Key Requirements
Master degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, M&E, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in M&E within the NGO sector
Experience designing and implementing monitoring frameworks for conservation
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software and GIS tools
Experience working with diverse field teams and stakeholders
Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable reports
Strong research design skills and field data collection methodologies
Commitment to high-quality data integrity and transparency
Excellent English report writing and presentation skills
Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
