Wave Lending Limited is looking for a Structured Finance Consultant to support our private credit and alternative investment operations. This role focuses on the design and execution of complex financial structures, including fund finance and renewable energy tax credits. You will play a vital role in providing innovative financing solutions to our global client base.
You will work collaboratively with our team to evaluate investment opportunities and manage the lifecycle of structured finance transactions. This position requires a deep understanding of capital markets and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments. You will be instrumental in driving wealth creation and supporting impact investing initiatives worldwide.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in structured finance, private credit, or fund finance.
Strong understanding of alternative investments and capital market dynamics.
Knowledge of ESG principles and impact investing frameworks.
Experience in structuring renewable energy tax credits and green financing.
Proficiency in financial modeling and complex risk assessment.
Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional financial transactions.
Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate investment memorandums and credit risks.
Knowledge of international banking regulations and tax credit structures.
Professional degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration.
