FINANCIAL BROKER @ WAVE LENDING LIMITED
Wave Lending Limited is a specialized provider of financial leasing instruments, including Fresh Cut BG, SBLC, and MTN. We are currently looking for Brokers and Mandates in the United States to help us reach clients involved in large-scale projects. Our instruments are designed for use in diverse sectors such as Petroleum, Construction of Dams and Bridges, and Real Estate development. We pride ourselves on our ability to close deals quickly, typically within a few banking days.
As a broker for the USA market, you will identify potential clients and projects that require our leasing services. For every successful deal, you will receive a 2% commission. This is a high-impact role that contributes to the advancement of significant infrastructure and commercial projects. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a broker in the US financial or real estate market.
Understanding of international financial instruments (BG, SBLC, MTN).
Ability to identify and approach clients with valid project funding needs.
Knowledge of the legal requirements for financial mandates in the USA.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for professional environments.
Strong analytical skills to assess client project viability.
Ability to operate remotely and manage independent client relationships.
Familiarity with the construction and telecommunications industries.
Track record of closing high-value transactions in a timely manner.
