Key Requirements
Extensive network within the Tanzanian financial and real estate sectors.
Minimum of 5 years experience in financial brokerage or as a mandate.
Comprehensive understanding of bank instruments like BG, SBLC, and MTN.
Ability to facilitate communication between project owners and direct providers.
Strong understanding of the agricultural and telecommunication industries in East Africa.
High ethical standards in handling sensitive financial mandates and client data.
Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently on a commission basis.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of international trade finance and cross-border transactions.
Proven track record of successful deal closures in the finance sector.
