SUPERVISOR – SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (1 POSITION) @ WATERFORCEAFRICA
Waterforceafrica is looking to recruit a qualified Supervisor for our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations in Kibaha District. This role is critical for overseeing the daily functions of the treatment facility, ensuring that all processes are optimized for efficiency and comply with environmental regulations. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring process parameters, managing the onsite team, and maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
Candidates must hold a BSc in Chemistry and possess significant hands-on experience in STP operations. The position requires a leader who can troubleshoot technical challenges, handle chemical management, and produce accurate operational reports. Key Requirements
BSc in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations.
Ability to supervise daily operations and lead a technical team.
Expertise in monitoring process parameters and ensuring environmental compliance.
Proficiency in water quality testing and interpreting chemical data.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and chemical plant issues.
Experience in managing chemical inventory and optimizing dosages.
