Key Requirements
Proven experience in operations management or a senior leadership role.
Strong background in motorcycle hire-purchase or asset financing business models.
Demonstrated ability to scale business operations and drive sustainable growth.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for operational efficiency.
Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of financial inclusion and clean energy markets in East Africa.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and communities.
Proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in electric mobility or renewable energy sectors is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work in field locations across Uganda.
