FINANCIAL ANALYST @ WASSHA
Wassha is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to provide critical financial insights and recommendations that support our strategic initiatives. In this role, you will partner with different departments to enhance overall financial performance and identify significant cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. You will be responsible for managing information through Microsoft Excel and other IT tools to ensure data is stored accurately and processed effectively for organizational growth.
As a core member of the finance team in Tanzania, you will be expected to maintain financial records and process transactions with high precision using QuickBooks. The role requires a proactive professional who can work under pressure and interpret complex data to offer strategic guidance to stakeholders. You will work closely with the Tax and Accounting Manager and other internal departments to foster a collaborative environment and drive results through disciplined and honest financial management.

Key Requirements
University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Fully qualified CPA / ACCA (Mandatory requirement).
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organizational environment.
Proficiency in information management using Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial record maintenance.
Proven experience in processing financial transactions accurately.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and ability to learn new software.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
