In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties with our services. Your goal will be to provide efficient and effective solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and minimal service downtime.

You will be responsible for diagnosing network issues, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience in technical support or customer service within the ICT sector.
Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Proficiency in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and CRM tools.
Basic understanding of fiber optics or satellite communication technology.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
