The successful candidate will be responsible for providing deep financial insights through analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of financial compliance. The role reports directly to the Country Finance Manager and requires a professional capable of managing complex financial data and contributing to organizational process improvements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent certification.
2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or general accounting.
Proficiency in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Hands-on experience using ERP systems like OneStream, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data modeling techniques.
Strong understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial data to management.
