The Human Resources & Administration Manager will be a pivotal leader within Walimu, providing strategic guidance and robust oversight across all human resources and administrative functions. Key responsibilities will include the development and implementation of HR policies, management of recruitment and onboarding processes, oversight of employee relations, and comprehensive administration of office operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, manage performance appraisal systems, and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization. They will also be responsible for managing the administrative budget and optimizing resource allocation to support Walimu's scientific and life-saving initiatives.
