Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD for detailed architectural design and documentation.
Proficiency in Lumion and other relevant design and rendering software.
Sound knowledge of local building codes and international architectural standards.
Strong expertise in construction drawings, methods, and materials.
Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
