MEP SUPERVISOR ESTIMATOR @ WADI AL SULTANA CONTRACTING
Wadi Al Sultana Contracting is seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Supervisor Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, ensuring they are executed according to technical specifications and within budget. This role involves a mix of on-site supervision and office-based estimation work, requiring a versatile professional who can bridge the gap between planning and execution. Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500. In addition to competitive pay, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package including a visa, medical insurance, accommodation, and an annual ticket. A car allowance is also provided to support the candidate's mobility across project sites. Key Requirements
Relevant field experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.
Strong knowledge of material estimation and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
Professional and responsible attitude towards work tasks.
Ability to supervise MEP projects on-site and ensure quality control.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Effective communication skills for coordination with subcontractors and clients.
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in using estimation software or advanced Excel for calculations.
Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations in the UAE.
Proven track record of managing and motivating MEP teams effectively.
