The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring that the company maintains a productive and compliant work environment. This role is pivotal in shaping the company culture and ensuring that all organizational resources are managed effectively to support long-term business goals.
The manager will take charge of HR policies, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and performance management systems. Additionally, the role includes the oversight of company assets, facility management, and construction projects. You will act as a key liaison for contractors, ensuring that all physical infrastructure meets company standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of preparing budgets and reports to support the organizational planning processes, driving excellence across all administrative fronts.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior managerial position.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and legal compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven background in facility and construction project oversight.
Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage company assets and maintain a detailed fixed asset register.
