Volens Limited, on behalf of a reputable organization, is seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Officer to lead recruitment efforts in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the organizational needs of our client across various sectors.
This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the Tanzanian job market and recruitment agency workflows. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and final selection, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and the hiring organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration.
Minimum 4 years’ recruitment agency experience.
Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
Knowledge of local labor laws in Tanzania.
Proven track record of meeting hiring targets.
