Volens Limited is recruiting for the position of Site Foreman to manage construction activities for a reputable organization. This role involves overseeing site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within the required quality standards. The work locations for this role include Serengeti Mara and Dar es Salaam, requiring flexibility and strong site management capabilities.
The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating labor, scheduling machinery, and ensuring all building codes and safety regulations are strictly followed. You will serve as a bridge between the engineering team and the on-site workers, providing technical guidance and resolving any structural or logistical issues that arise during the construction phase.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Masonry, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in construction site management.
In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and structural drawings.
Strong leadership skills to manage diverse construction crews.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to address on-site technical challenges.
Effective time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards on construction sites.
Strong verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.
Physical stamina and willingness to work in outdoor environments.
