The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the device financing department, ensuring the efficiency of electronics business operations, and managing customer portfolios. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in device financing or electronics operations.
Strong understanding of financial credit systems and risk assessment.
Proven ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for financing products.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Fluency in English and Swahili is highly preferred.
