CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN @ VOLENS LIMITED
We are looking for a skilled Construction Technician to join a professional construction team operating across Serengeti Mara and Dar es Salaam. This role focuses on the technical execution of building projects, ensuring that masonry and civil engineering tasks are performed with high precision. The technician will assist the foreman in maintaining technical standards and inspecting the quality of structural components.
The successful candidate will be expected to utilize their expertise in masonry and civil works to contribute to the successful completion of various infrastructure projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to different site conditions in both urban and rural environments in Tanzania. You will play a vital role in ensuring the durability and integrity of the organization's construction outputs.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Masonry, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in construction or civil works.
Proficiency in using a variety of construction tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of concrete, brickwork, and structural finishing.
Ability to perform accurate measurements and material estimations.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) practices on site.
Strong attention to detail in technical masonry work.
Ability to work effectively within a team under technical supervision.
Willingness to travel and work in locations such as Serengeti Mara and Dar es Salaam.
Good physical health and ability to perform manual tasks.
