Volantes Technical Recruitment is currently supporting a prestigious client based in Dubai for the critical role of Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager. This position is specifically tailored for a rotary Licensed Engineer looking to transition from hands-on maintenance to a management and oversight role within the aviation sector. The successful candidate will work within a well-established aviation operator, ensuring the long-term stability and safety of the rotary fleet through diligent airworthiness management. The role involves significant responsibility in CAMO operations and maintenance planning. Candidates will be expected to leverage their expertise with Airbus or Leonardo helicopters to oversee regulatory compliance and airworthiness standards. Key Requirements
Extensive experience with Airbus helicopters
Extensive experience with Leonardo helicopters
Proven background in CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization)
Experience in aviation maintenance planning
Strong knowledge of regulatory and airworthiness oversight
Rotary Licensed Engineer qualification
Ready to transition from technical tools work to management
Willingness to relocate to and work in Dubai
Familiarity with international aviation safety standards
Strong communication and leadership skills
