Key Requirements
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
Proven experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for service and a guest-first mindset.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Collaborative spirit and ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to excellence and professional conduct.
Deep understanding of F&B operations and guest service.
