PROJECT MANAGER @ VMPL GROUP
VMPL Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to spearhead sports infrastructure developments and international projects. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or sports infrastructure project management
Proven track record of managing international projects across multiple countries
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder negotiation and international partnership building
Ability to travel extensively to project sites across Africa and beyond
Deep knowledge of global sports industry standards and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments
