vmg Backbone Tanzania Company Limited is hiring an experienced Electrician to manage the electrical infrastructure at our Misugusugu Town site in Kibaha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across the factory and warehouse premises. This includes troubleshooting electrical failures, ensuring all wiring meets safety codes, and performing routine inspections on industrial machinery to prevent downtime.
As a critical member of our maintenance team, you will ensure that all electrical operations are safe and efficient. The role requires a hands-on professional who can interpret technical drawings and implement solutions for complex electrical issues. Your expertise will contribute to the uninterrupted production of our feed products by maintaining the integrity of our power systems and electrical hardware.

Key Requirements
Education from a recognized Vocational and Training institute in Tanzania.
Minimum of two years of experience in electrical installation.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.
Strong knowledge of national electrical safety codes and regulations.
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems.
Knowledge of electrical components in manufacturing machinery.
Skill in installing and maintaining wiring and lighting fixtures.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs for electrical gear.
Proficiency with manual and power tools used in electrical work.
Ability to respond quickly to electrical emergencies and faults.
