Key Requirements
Fluent in English language communication
Proven experience in customer service roles
Must be a Tanzanian National
Strong passion for floral design and artistic arrangements
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of plant care and freshness maintenance
Ability to stand for long periods while arranging flowers
Reliable and punctual professional attitude
Willingness to learn new design techniques
