ICT TRAINER / DIGITAL SKILLS FACILITATOR @ VIVA DIGITAL CENTER
VIVA Digital Center is looking for a passionate ICT Trainer to lead our digital skills facilitation program. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering 80% practical training to youth, covering areas from basic digital literacy to advanced web development and graphic design. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to share their technical knowledge and foster innovation among young learners. You will develop lesson plans, manage ICT labs, and stay updated on the latest digital trends to provide high-quality education. Candidates will also be involved in managing digital content and social media updates for the center. The role requires a hands-on approach to teaching, focusing on student projects and coding challenges. Key Requirements
Diploma in ICT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Graduated within the last 1–3 years.
Strong practical ICT skills and a genuine willingness to teach.
Competence in Digital Literacy and Office Productivity tools.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Digital Branding (Canva, Photoshop).
Knowledge of Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Basic programming skills in Python or similar languages.
Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation.
Ability to deliver hands-on training and develop lesson plans.
Skills in Data Analysis and Visualization using Excel or Power BI.
