ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER @ VISTA-MC

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and coordination skills to effectively manage technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in ERP or production management systems is considered a significant advantage.
Ability to maintain accurate production records and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with showroom, logistics, and quality control departments.
Commitment to ensuring workplace safety and maintaining high-quality production standards.
Experience in the furniture, blinds, or curtains industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to mentor and train production staff to improve overall workflow efficiency.
