Key Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a private chef in a 4/5 star hotel or villa
Culinary school training or equivalent experience
Excellent presentation and hygiene standards
Discreet, polished, and attentive to detail
Ability to prepare high-quality meals based on client preferences
Experience in menu planning and ingredient shopping
Skills in kitchen inventory management
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Must be a Tanzanian National
Knowledge of food safety regulations and international cuisines
