BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – GENERAL INSURANCE @ VIRTUAL KEY
Virtual Key is actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager specialized in General Insurance to join their growing team in Dubai. This role is designed for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about expanding market presence within the UAE insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term strategic partnerships, and delivering customized insurance solutions to meet client needs. The salary for this position is AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month.
As a key member of the business development team, you will be expected to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and cold calling to final closing and post-sales support. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure that all general insurance portfolios are managed efficiently and that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. This position requires a dedication to maintaining high standards of client service and a proactive approach to market trends and competitive landscape analysis within the Karama area and the wider Dubai region.

Key Requirements
1–2 years of experience in the UAE (preferably in insurance or sales)
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Availability to work a 6-day work week schedule
Deep understanding of general insurance products and UAE market regulations
Excellent networking skills to build and maintain a robust client pipeline
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
Strong presentation skills for pitching to corporate and individual clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
