Key Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in construction works
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Knowledge of building materials, mixing ratios and finishing techniques
Physically fit and able to work on-site under minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Expertise in bricklaying, blockwork, and plastering applications
Understanding of occupational health and safety standards on site
Ability to estimate material requirements for specific masonry tasks
Strong problem-solving skills to address structural challenges
