TRUCK DRIVER @ VIPAWA WORKS
Vipawa works is looking for experienced Truck Drivers to join their logistics team. Candidates must have significant experience handling heavy-duty vehicles and navigating international routes across Central and East Africa. The role involves transporting goods safely to destinations such as DR Congo, Burundi, Rwanda, and Zambia. Possible work locations for this role include Mtwara, Kigoma, and Dar es Salaam.
This position requires candidates to be based or flexible to work across these regions. Applicants should be prepared for long-distance travel and possess a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of cargo while maintaining the integrity of the vehicle and adhering to all local and international traffic regulations.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience driving heavy trucks.
Proven experience traveling to DR Congo, Burundi, Rwanda or Zambia.
Valid heavy vehicle driving license.
Knowledge of international border crossing procedures.
Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy trucks.
Ability to work long hours and travel long distances.
Strong commitment to safety and traffic regulations.
Clean driving record.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers.
Ability to maintain detailed trip logs.
