The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire transport department, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in all delivery and logistics processes. You will play a crucial role in optimizing routes and managing a diverse team of drivers to meet company objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in transport, fleet, or logistics management.
Proven experience managing drivers and complex fleet operations.
In-depth knowledge of transport management systems and GPS tracking technologies.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Expertise in route planning and fleet optimization strategies.
Proficiency in budgeting and operational cost control.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
In-depth understanding of transport safety regulations and compliance.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on fleet performance.
