SALES REPRESENTATIVE: REAL ESTATE / APARTMENTS @ VIPAWA WORKS
As a Sales Representative specializing in Real Estate and Apartments at Vipawa Works, you will be responsible for driving property sales and identifying potential investment opportunities for clients. You will showcase various apartment units, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information regarding property features, pricing, and legal requirements. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into successful transactions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role requires a proactive individual who can navigate the competitive local real estate market. You will utilize social media marketing platforms and CRM tools to manage client databases and follow up on inquiries. In addition to sales targets, you will be expected to build long-term relationships with property developers and prospective buyers, ensuring a smooth negotiation process and closing deals effectively.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales, apartment sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing platforms.
Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
Strong networking capabilities to build a client base.
Valid driver's license to facilitate property visits.
