Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or any other related field.
At least 2-5 years of working experience in the marketing department of a reputable or large organization.
Demonstrated track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Prior experience in animal feed companies will be highly preferred.
Strong execution capability with the ability to work independently.
Proven ability to lead and manage marketing initiatives from start to finish.
Solid understanding of social media management and engagement metrics.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and software for analytics.
Expertise in content planning and strategic communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
