Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ Years work experience in Construction/Manufacturing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Labour Law and Union Relations.
Computer literate, competence across the Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of relevant Human Resources management information systems, eg. payroll, HR reporting.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Experience in talent acquisition and lifecycle management.
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
