Vipawa Works is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, law or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in the HR field.
At least three years of experience as a Human Resource Manager in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and corporate governance practices.
Experience in performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
Proven leadership and team management experience in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of electronic gadgets and gizmos.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and data management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
