Vipawa works is actively searching for a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource management within a corporate setting. Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of progressive experience in the HR field, with a minimum of three years specifically as a Human Resource Manager in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and corporate governance practices
Proven experience in performance management, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and HR strategy development
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience within a corporate setting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on organizational development
Familiarity with various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR analytics tools
Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture
