Vipawa works is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing inquiries. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Hotel Receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere and contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any other related field.
Additional hospitality or customer service training is an added advantage.
At least five years of proven experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Guest Service Agent, or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent customer service skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good computer literacy.
