This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead a hotel operation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, revenue management, customer service, budgeting, forecasting, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for all staff.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, HR or other related disciplines.
Professional hospitality certification is an added advantage.
At least five years of proven strong experience as a Hotel General Manager of medium to large hotels or in a similar senior hotel leadership position.
Proven experience in managing revenue, financial planning, customer service, budgeting, forecasting, and business development.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance hotel performance.
Proficiency in hotel management software systems and relevant technology.
