Vipawa Works is currently hiring an Electronics & Telecommunications Expert to contribute to our growing aviation and technology divisions in Iringa. This position focuses on the planning, development, and implementation of advanced air navigation facilities and emerging aviation technologies. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional capable of integrating complex communication systems, IoT devices, and signal processing solutions into modern aviation environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical implementations adhere to ICAO standards and recommended practices. You will work on cutting-edge communication infrastructures, including microwave and antenna systems, while collaborating with our broader engineering team. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Experience with ICAO standards related to emerging aviation technologies
Strong knowledge of communication systems and networking
Proficiency in signal processing and IoT technologies
Technical expertise in Microwave and Antenna systems
Good command of oral and written English
Knowledge of electronic gadgets and modern gizmos
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently on technical implementations
