We are looking for a dedicated Driver Supervisor to join our team at Vipawa Works. This role involves supervising driver activities, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, coordinating route planning and addressing any operational challenges that arise during transit.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations.
Valid driving license and comprehensive knowledge of transport regulations.
Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
Proficiency in route planning and operational coordination.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for driver management.
Experience in fuel monitoring and consumption reporting.
Knowledge of using GPS tracking and fleet management software.
Ability to conduct driver performance evaluations and safety briefings.
