We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Child Assistance professional to support children's development and well-being in Dar es Salaam. This role involves providing direct support to children in settings such as schools or daycares, ensuring their safety, and facilitating educational activities that align with developmental milestones. You will work closely with a team of educators and caregivers to provide a nurturing environment for every child.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with children in a school or daycare setting.
Strong understanding of child development principles and milestones.
Exceptional patience and a genuine passion for working with children.
Ability to plan and implement engaging educational and recreational activities.
Certification in First Aid and CPR for children.
Strong observational skills to monitor child health and safety effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
